All cancelled tickets will incur both cancellation and processing charges. Tickets may only be cancelled in writing. Send an email to: info@awieforum.org Paid delegate registrations may not be cancelled after 31 July 2026. Refunds for cancellation received before 31 July 2026 will be processed less 30% cancellation and processing charges. No refund will be made for cancellations after 31 July 2026. Note: If the refund is applied to your credit card, your bank may take up to 14 – 21 additional business days to post the refund to your account.
